The 18th century marble monument to Catherine Jekyll (d.1775) by Van Gelders at St.Andrews Church, Arthingworth, Northamptonshire.  The church had suffered from roof leaks and damp which caused the fixings of the marble floral garland to perish. Over the years they had been dropping to the floor and smashing. Fortunately most pieces were carefully placed on the ledge above the inscription for safekeeping but sadly much of the lower part of the garland had been lost. The monument was cleaned and the garland rebuilt with new fixings.
